These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the booking and provision of transportation services by Isracab (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, or “our”).
By placing a booking through the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or any other communication channels, the client confirms their agreement to these Terms.
The Company provides the following services within the territory of Israel:
Transfers to and from Ben Gurion Airport;
Intercity trips;
Personal driver services;
VIP accompaniment and escort services;
Sightseeing trips and tours;
Accommodation assistance;
Medical accompaniment;
Additional transportation services upon prior agreement.
3.1. The client is required to provide accurate information when making a booking, including:
Full name;
Contact phone number;
Date and time of the trip;
Pickup address;
Destination;
Number of passengers;
Amount of luggage;
Special requirements (child car seat, oversized luggage, etc.).
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation from the Company.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service in case of vehicle unavailability or the inability to fulfill the order.
4.1. The cost of the trip depends on:
The route;
Vehicle type;
Number of passengers;
Luggage volume;
Additional services.
4.2. The price is agreed upon in advance or calculated via the booking form on the website.
4.3. Available payment methods include:
Cash;
Bank cards;
PayBox;
Other payment methods upon prior agreement.
4.4. Additional stops, waiting times, or route modifications may be charged separately.
5.1. The client may cancel or modify their booking by contacting the Company in advance.
5.2. In case of late cancellation or a client no-show, the Company reserves the right to withhold a portion or the full cost of the trip, depending on the circumstances.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel a trip in the event of:
Force majeure circumstances;
Severe weather conditions;
Road restrictions or closures;
Technical vehicle malfunctions;
Situations threatening the safety of the passengers or the driver.
The passenger agrees to:
Comply with the rules of conduct inside the vehicle;
Avoid causing any damage to the vehicle;
Use seat belts at all times;
Refrain from transporting items or substances prohibited by law;
Treat the driver and other passengers with respect.
The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger under heavy influence of alcohol or drugs, or those exhibiting aggressive behavior.
7.1. The client is required to notify the Company in advance regarding any oversized or non-standard luggage.
7.2. The Company shall not be held liable for:
Items left behind in the vehicle;
Damage to luggage resulting from a lack of proper packaging;
Valuable items left unattended.
8.1. For airport transfers, a reasonable amount of complimentary waiting time is included to account for baggage claim and passport control procedures.
8.2. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may be subject to extra charges.
9.1. The Company is not liable for:
Flight delays;
Traffic congestion and gridlock;
Actions of third parties;
Circumstances of overriding force (force majeure);
Loss of profits, missed appointments, or any indirect damages incurred by the client.
9.2. The Company takes all reasonable measures to ensure safe, timely, and quality service.
By providing personal data, the client consents to its processing exclusively for the purposes of:
Managing and processing bookings;
Communicating with the client;
Delivering the requested services;
Improving service quality.
The Company does not share personal data with third parties, except where strictly required by law.
All materials on the website, including texts, design layout, logos, and images, belong to Isracab or are utilized on legal grounds. Copying or unauthorized use of any materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published directly on the website.
