These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the booking and provision of transportation services by Isracab (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, or “our”).
By booking a service through the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or any other communication channel, the customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Company Services
The Company provides the following services throughout Israel:
Airport transfers to/from Ben Gurion Airport;
Intercity transportation;
Personal driver services;
VIP assistance and сопровождение;
Excursions and guided tours;
Accommodation assistance;
Medical support services;
Additional transportation-related services upon request.
3. Booking Services
3.1. The customer must provide accurate information when making a booking, including:
full name;
contact phone number;
travel date and time;
pickup address;
destination;
number of passengers;
amount of luggage;
special requests (child seat, oversized luggage, etc.).
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the Company.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases where transportation is unavailable or the booking cannot be fulfilled.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The trip cost depends on:
route;
vehicle type;
number of passengers;
luggage size and quantity;
additional services requested.
4.2. Prices are agreed upon in advance or calculated through the website booking form.
4.3. Available payment methods include:
cash;
bank cards;
PayBox;
other agreed payment methods.
4.4. Additional stops, waiting time, or route changes may incur extra charges.
5. Cancellation and Booking Changes
5.1. Customers may cancel or modify their booking by contacting the Company in advance.
5.2. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the Company reserves the right to charge part or the full amount of the booking depending on the circumstances.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel a trip in cases of:
force majeure;
severe weather conditions;
road restrictions;
technical issues;
situations affecting passenger or driver safety.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
follow appropriate behavior rules inside the vehicle;
avoid causing damage to the vehicle;
wear seat belts when required;
not transport illegal items or substances;
treat drivers and other passengers respectfully.
The Company may refuse transportation to passengers under strong alcohol or drug influence or displaying aggressive behavior.
7. Luggage
7.1. Customers must inform the Company in advance about oversized or unusual luggage.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for:
personal belongings left in the vehicle;
luggage damage caused by improper packaging;
valuable items left unattended.
8. Waiting Time
8.1. Airport transfers include reasonable complimentary waiting time considering baggage claim and passport control procedures.
8.2. Additional waiting time may be charged separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company is not responsible for:
flight delays;
traffic congestion;
actions of third parties;
force majeure circumstances;
missed appointments, loss of profit, or indirect damages.
9.2. The Company takes all reasonable measures to ensure timely and safe service.
10. Privacy
By providing personal information, the customer agrees to its processing solely for:
booking management;
customer communication;
service provision;
service improvement purposes.
The Company does not share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All website materials, including texts, design elements, logos, and images, belong to Isracab or are used legally. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.
